January 2009 vacation

Leo's thoughts: "... I'm finally on vacation!! After a long year at school I can finally rest a bit with my family and visit places I've never been to. I wish I could be a dog so that I woudn't have to go to school anymore! Unfortunately, I am a boy and I only have a few days left so I will take advantage of it and have a lot of fun especially now that my dad is here to visit my sister and I. We've been having so much fun. Like right now we are learning how to make pizza and I'm all excited about it. Yesterday we went to São Pedro to swim in a waterfall.

Oh I almost forgot to mention, my mom took us to Bonito, a wonderful place where we visited nice places and did great things.

We stayed at a hostel and I made new friends who I played pool with. I had a great time there. Everyone was so friendly and they all treated us very well. I was like a grown-up kid there and my mom was proud of me. I guess I'm becoming a man now. :) I was actually the only brave enough to jump out of the springboard!!

And I also tried to be Spiderman but the wall wasn't tall enough so not a big challenge for me. :)



Well exploring the inside of the cave was a bit of a challenge but you have to agree that it was really really dark in there. But to tell you the truth I was only trying to frighten the girls (my sister and a new friend from Sao Paulo called Marina, poor girls...
